How It Works
Every completed purchase earns you reward points automatically — no sign-up or activation required. Points are credited to your account and can be redeemed at checkout.

Ways to Earn Points
There are several ways to build your points balance:

| Points on Purchases | Earn a percentage of your order total as points on every completed purchase. For example, if you buy a $10 eSIM plan and the reward rate is 5%, you earn 0.5 points. Those points can be redeemed toward a discount on a future order at the prevailing conversion rate. |
| Referral Rewards | Earn points when someone you referred makes a purchase. For example, if your friend buys a $20 plan and the referral pool rate is 10% with a 50/50 split, you earn 1 point and your friend receives a discount on their order. See our Referral Program for details. |
| Referral Welcome Discount | If you were referred by a friend, enjoy a discount on your first order. |
| Content Creator Rewards | Earn points when your content drives purchases (where applicable). |
Redeeming Your Points
You can apply your earned points as a discount at checkout. Here's how:
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- You will see your available points balance and the equivalent discount value.
- Choose how many points you would like to apply.
- The discount is applied instantly to your order total.
Points may be redeemed toward a discount at checkout. The applicable conversion rate is determined by the platform and displayed in your account dashboard. This conversion rate may change at any time.

Track everything in your Account Dashboard under the Credits section:
Current Balance
Your total available points.
Transaction History
See every earn and spend event with dates and amounts.
Expiring Soon
View points that are approaching their expiry date so you can use them in time.
Lifetime Earned
Your total points earned since joining.
Points Expiry
Points have an expiry period to encourage active participation. By default, points expire 12 months after they are earned. You will receive a notification before your points are about to expire, giving you time to redeem them.
Expired points cannot be restored. We recommend checking your dashboard regularly and redeeming points before they expire.
Important Terms
- Points are earned on completed orders only. Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn points.
- Points have no cash value whatsoever. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or converted to any form of currency or financial instrument.
- Points are redeemable only for discounts on Services available through the Platform.
- There may be a maximum points balance cap — any earned points that would exceed the cap are forfeited.
- Monthly earning caps may apply to referral-earned points.
- The points-to-discount conversion rate is set by the Operator and may change at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to modify the reward percentage, conversion rate, expiry period, and programme terms at any time.
- Abuse of the rewards programme (including fraudulent transactions) will result in forfeiture of all points and possible account suspension.
