Referral Program

Share the gift of global connectivity and earn rewards every time a friend makes a purchase. Our referral program rewards both you and the people you refer.


How It Works

Our referral program is simple — share your unique referral link, and when someone uses it to make their first purchase, you both earn rewards.

  1. Get Your Link — Log in to your account dashboard and find your unique referral code and shareable link.
  2. Share It — Send your link to friends, family, or colleagues via email, WhatsApp, social media, or any channel you prefer.
  3. Friend Purchases — When someone clicks your link and completes their first eSIM purchase, the referral is tracked automatically.
  4. Both Earn Rewards — You earn referral points credited to your account, and your friend receives a discount on their order.

What You Earn

Every successful referral generates a reward pool based on a percentage of your friend's order. This pool is split between you and your friend:

  • Referrer (You) — Earn points credited to your account balance. Use them to get discounts on future purchases.
  • Referee (Your Friend) — Gets an instant discount on their first order.

The default split is 50/50, but you can customise your split ratio from your referral dashboard to give more to your friends or keep more for yourself.


Referral Tiers

The more people you refer, the more you earn. Our tiered referral levels reward your cumulative success:

  • Starter — Base reward rate on every referral.
  • Silver — Unlock a bonus percentage on top of the base rate after reaching the revenue threshold.
  • Gold — Even higher bonus percentages for top referrers.

Your tier is calculated automatically based on your total referral revenue. As your tier increases, so does the reward pool percentage on every future referral.


Where to Find Your Referral Code

Your referral code and shareable link are available in your Account Dashboard under the Referral section. From there you can:

  • Copy your unique referral link
  • Share directly to WhatsApp, Email, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Telegram
  • View your click and conversion statistics
  • Track your earned rewards and current tier
  • Adjust your referrer/referee reward split
  • Opt in to the public referral leaderboard

Tracking & Attribution

When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is stored in their browser for 30 days. Any purchase they make within that window is attributed to you. The cookie is cleared after their first order to ensure fair attribution.


Earning & Redeeming Points

Referral points are credited to your customer account after the referred order is completed. You can redeem your points for discounts on future purchases directly at checkout. Points have an expiry period — check your account dashboard for your current balance and any upcoming expiry dates.

Please note: Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or converted to any form of currency. Points are redeemable only for discounts on Services available through the Platform. See our Terms of Service for full details.


Important Terms

  • You cannot use your own referral code on your own orders (self-referrals are blocked).
  • Only the first completed order from each referred person generates a reward.
  • Points earned through referrals have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are subject to expiry.
  • Referral rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of the rewards program and our Terms of Service.
  • We reserve the right to modify reward percentages, tiers, and programme terms at any time.
  • Fraudulent or abusive referral activity will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account suspension.
