Delivery Policy

Digital Delivery

All eSIM Data Plans are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful payment, your eSIM Profile and QR code are made available immediately through your Account dashboard and via email.

Delivery Time

eSIM Profiles are typically delivered instantly after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes due to network processing.

Installation

After receiving your eSIM Profile, follow the installation instructions provided in your order confirmation email or on your Account dashboard. You will need a compatible, unlocked device that supports eSIM technology.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your eSIM Profile within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact our support team at support@esimnest.com with your order reference number.
