Rewards Program
Earn points every time you shop and redeem them for discounts on future purchases. Our rewards program is designed to give back to our loyal customers.
How It Works
Every completed purchase earns you cashback points automatically — no sign-up or activation required. Points are credited to your account and can be redeemed at checkout.
- Shop — Browse and purchase any eSIM data plan.
- Earn — Once your order is completed, cashback points are automatically credited to your account.
- Redeem — Apply your points at checkout to get a discount on your next purchase.
Ways to Earn Points
There are several ways to build your points balance:

| Content Creator Rewards | Earn points when your content drives purchases (where applicable). |
Redeeming Your Points
You can apply your earned points as a discount at checkout. Here's how:
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- You will see your available points balance and the equivalent discount value.
- Choose how many points you would like to apply.
- The discount is applied instantly to your order total.
Points are converted to a monetary discount at a rate set by the platform. The exact conversion rate is displayed in your account dashboard. This conversion rate may change at any time.
Your Points Dashboard
Track everything in your Account Dashboard under the Credits section:
- Current Balance — Your total available points.
- Transaction History — See every earn and spend event with dates and amounts.
- Expiring Soon — View points that are approaching their expiry date so you can use them in time.
- Lifetime Earned — Your total points earned since joining.
Points Expiry
Points have an expiry period to encourage active participation. By default, points expire 12 months after they are earned. You will receive a notification before your points are about to expire, giving you time to redeem them.
Expired points cannot be restored. We recommend checking your dashboard regularly and redeeming points before they expire.
Important Terms
- Points are earned on completed orders only. Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn points.
- Points have no cash value whatsoever. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or converted to any form of currency or financial instrument.
- Points are redeemable only for discounts on Services available through the Platform.
- There may be a maximum points balance cap — any earned points that would exceed the cap are forfeited.
- Monthly earning caps may apply to referral-earned points.
- The points-to-discount conversion rate is set by the Operator and may change at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to modify the cashback percentage, conversion rate, expiry period, and programme terms at any time.
- Abuse of the rewards programme (including fraudulent transactions) will result in forfeiture of all points and possible account suspension.
